Random, I know, but I seriously did a happy dance in front of some coworkers when I discovered that GU is gluten free. I wasn't looking forward to making my own energy gels. Go GU!!!!
Chapter 15 in John tells how we are the branches and He is the Vine, without Him, we can do NOTHING. This title is a reminder to me that everything; the good, the bad, and the ugly, is from Him. This title is to remind me of what I truly deserve and be thankful to Him who gave Himself, revealed Himself, bestowed mercy and grace, that I could know Him and have eternal life(John 14:6, Romans 10:9-11, 2 Corinthians 5:15, John 5:24). Wow!

Ha! Love it! Are sports beans gluten free? I made a kick-butt gluten-free angel food cake the other day - may have even been better than the original!
Awesome! I wonder if sports beans are gluten free too?!?!
Lara bars are too if you need an energy bar.
